Life really is precious

The past week has been a sad one with a family losing their little boy far too soon. The death of any young person makes you realise just how precious life is and for it not to be wasted. Yet when someone dies that has yet to even live you find yourself asking why? You start to question how is life fair when a baby is taken from the world. You question your own happiness when you know that other people's lives are now changed forever and filled with immense sadness. Suddenly everything seems insignificant, all of the minor things you used to complain about seem like nothing for really I am very fortunate to be healthy and happy.
My thoughts and prayers are with Eli's family as they prepare to say goodbye to their little man tomorrow. I cannot even imagine the pain and sadness that they are feeling right now. But they have a lot of family and friends who all care and support them.
To everyone else who complains about such minor things in life, take a step back and consider just how fortunate you are and just how cruel life can be to others. Don't take anything or anyone in life for granted. Be cheerful and enjoy life, make the most of every day.

"Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal."
